A) Boxing Film or Play title

B) Name of a Song – for an individual song from a Film or Play

C) Indicates if a Soundtrack was released by the symbol “ST.” A blank box does not necessarily mean that a soundtrack was not released, it only indicates that the existence of a soundtrack has not yet been verified.
